Composite Bonding • 2026 Cost Guide • Antalya, Türkiye
£130–£220 per tooth in Antalya. £200–£500 in the UK. Here is exactly what that difference buys — and what it doesn’t.
This is the complete composite bonding Turkey guide for 2026: real per-tooth and package prices, what is genuinely included, the costs most clinics leave off the quote, how long bonding actually lasts, how it compares to veneers, and the verification checks to run before you pay a deposit.
No enamel removed
Bonding is additive and reversible — unlike crowns, your natural tooth stays intact underneath.
Named branded composites
3M Filtek Supreme and Tokuyama Estelite — the same materials used in UK private practice, stated in writing.
Single visit, 3–4 day trip
No laboratory wait, no healing period, no second trip — unlike implants or porcelain veneers.

Quick Answer
Composite bonding in Turkey costs £130–£220 per tooth in 2026, against £200–£500 per tooth in the UK. A full set of 8 visible teeth runs £1,200–£1,800 in Antalya as an all-inclusive package (treatment + 4 nights’ hotel + airport transfers), compared with £2,500–£4,500 in the UK for the treatment alone. Flights are not usually included and add roughly £80–£200 return.
Every composite bonding Turkey package quoted below includes hotel and transfers. The saving comes from lower operating costs and exchange rates — not cheaper materials. Bonding lasts 5–7 years on average (8–10 with premium nano-hybrid composites) wherever it is placed, and treatment is completed in a single visit, so a 3–4 day trip is enough.

At a Glance: UK vs Turkey Costs
Turkey figures are based on 2026 quotes from accredited Antalya clinics. UK figures reflect publicly available private practice fees in London, Manchester and Birmingham. Both are ranges, because the number of teeth and the composite brand change the total.
| Turkey (Antalya) | UK private | Difference | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Per tooth | £130 – £220 | £200 – £500 | up to 56% less |
| 8 teeth (full smile line) | £1,200 – £1,800 | £2,500 – £4,500 | £1,300 – £2,700 saved |
| Hotel (4 nights) | Included | n/a | — |
| Airport & clinic transfers | Included | n/a | — |
| Flights (return) | £80 – £200 (not included) | n/a | Deduct from saving |
| Time to complete | Single visit, 3–4 day trip | Often multiple visits over weeks | — |
Honest arithmetic: for 2–3 teeth the saving rarely justifies a flight. The trip makes financial sense from roughly 6 teeth upwards, where the gap exceeds £1,000 even after flights. If you only need one chipped tooth repaired, a UK dentist is usually the sensible answer — and we would tell you that.
02
What Composite Bonding Is — and Why the Price Varies
Composite bonding is a cosmetic procedure in which a tooth-coloured resin is applied directly to the tooth surface, sculpted by hand into shape, and hardened with a curing light. It corrects chips, gaps, worn edges, discolouration and mild misalignment.
The defining feature — and the reason it matters in the “Turkey teeth” debate — is that no enamel is removed. Bonding is additive and reversible. Crowns and, to a lesser degree, veneers require permanently reducing healthy tooth structure. If your goal can be met with bonding, it is almost always the more conservative choice.
Treatment is done freehand in the chair, usually in one appointment. There is no laboratory stage, no temporaries and no healing period.

Three factors that actually drive the price
1. The composite material
Nano-hybrid brands such as 3M Filtek Supreme or Tokuyama Estelite cost a clinic two to three times more than generic resin, but hold polish longer and resist staining considerably better. Ask which brand you are getting — in writing.
2. The dentist’s hand
Bonding is sculpture. Contour, layering and polish are entirely operator-dependent — this is the single biggest variable in how natural the result looks and how long it lasts. Experience costs more, and chips less.
3. Chair time
Eight teeth done properly takes 2–4 hours. A clinic booking the same case into 45 minutes is producing a different product at a different price. Ask how long your appointment is scheduled for.

Composite Bonding Turkey: 2026 Package Pricing by Tier
All three tiers include accommodation, transfers and consultation. The difference is the composite brand and who places it — which is exactly where longevity and finish come from.

Which tier do most UK patients choose? Premium, and for a practical reason: nano-hybrid composite holds its polish far longer, which is what keeps bonding looking natural in years three to seven rather than dulling and staining. If you drink coffee, tea or red wine daily, the upgrade pays for itself.
05
What’s Included — and the Costs Clinics Don’t Publish
Most complaints about dental packages are not about the treatment. They are about a total that grew after arrival. Here is the honest breakdown.
| Item | Usually included? | Typical extra cost if not |
|---|---|---|
| Consultation & examination | Yes | — |
| Hotel, 4 nights | Yes | £200–£400 |
| Airport and clinic transfers | Yes | £40–£80 |
| Return flights | No | £80–£200 |
| Hygiene clean before bonding | Sometimes | £40–£70 — and it is not optional if you have plaque |
| Whitening before bonding | VIP only | £120–£200 — see note below |
| Treatment of existing decay or gum disease | No | Case dependent — must be treated first |
| Travel insurance | No | £15–£40 |
The whitening detail nobody explains: composite resin does not whiten. If you plan to whiten your natural teeth at any point, it must be done before bonding, because the shade is matched to your teeth on the day. Whiten afterwards and your natural teeth lighten while the bonding stays put — leaving a visible mismatch that can only be fixed by replacing the bonding.
Ask for one document before paying anything: a written, itemised, fixed-price treatment plan listing the number of teeth, the composite brand, what is included and what is not. Any clinic that will not produce this has told you something important.
06
Why It Is Cheaper — the Honest Explanation
The 50–70% difference is not a discount on quality. It comes from four measurable economic factors, and it is worth understanding them so you can tell a fair price from a suspicious one.
Lower clinic overheads
Commercial rent in central Antalya is a fraction of central London. Staff salaries, utilities and equipment leasing all cost considerably less — with the same chairs, scanners and curing lights.
Exchange rate
Clinic costs are largely in Turkish lira while you pay in pounds. This single factor accounts for a substantial share of the gap and is entirely independent of clinical quality.
Health tourism support
Türkiye’s Ministry of Health actively supports accredited international clinics through the health tourism authorisation framework and associated incentives.
Volume purchasing
High-volume international clinics buy composite, burs and polishing systems in bulk, lowering the material cost per patient without changing the brand.
Where cheap becomes a warning sign: quality dentistry has a cost floor in every country. A quote dramatically below every other quote means something has been removed — usually the composite brand, the chair time, or both. If a clinic quotes £60 per tooth, ask which composite and how long the appointment is. The answers will explain the price.
07
Composite Bonding vs Veneers vs Crowns
This is the decision that matters most — more than the price. Choosing a crown when bonding would have done is the single most common cause of the outcomes people call “Turkey teeth.”
| Composite bonding | Porcelain veneers | Crowns | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enamel removed | None | Minimal to moderate | Substantial, all around |
| Reversible | Yes | No | No |
| Lifespan | 5–7 years (8–10 premium) | 10–15 years | 10–15 years |
| Stain resistance | Moderate | Excellent | Excellent |
| Repairable if chipped | Yes, chairside | Usually replace | Usually replace |
| Visits | One | Two (lab stage) | Two (lab stage) |
| Turkey cost per tooth | £130–£220 | £150–£260 | £120–£200 |
| Best for | Chips, gaps, worn edges, mild shape correction on healthy teeth | Significant shape or colour change on structurally sound teeth | Teeth already heavily damaged, root-treated or broken |
Our rule, plainly: if your teeth are healthy and the issue is chips, small gaps or uneven edges, bonding is the right answer and we will say so — even though crowns would be a larger booking. If a clinic agrees to crown healthy teeth without first discussing bonding, whitening or orthodontics, that is the moment to walk away. More on this in our guide to Turkey teeth gone wrong.
08
How Long Does Composite Bonding Last?
Five to seven years on average — and this figure is the same in Antalya as it is in Aberdeen. Composite lifespan is determined by the material, the operator’s technique, your bite and your habits. It is not determined by the country.
Premium nano-hybrid composites reach 8–10 years with good care. Standard resins dull and stain sooner, typically needing a polish or refresh around year four.
One genuine advantage over porcelain: composite is repairable in the chair. A chip is rebuilt in minutes rather than requiring the whole restoration to be remade. That is why bonding remains the low-risk option even when it does need maintenance.

Aftercare that genuinely extends lifespan
The first 48 hours
Composite reaches full hardness quickly, but the surface is most vulnerable to staining now. Avoid coffee, tea, red wine, curry and tobacco entirely for two days.
Long-term staining control
Rinse with water after coffee or tea, use a straw for cold staining drinks, and avoid whitening toothpastes with harsh abrasives — they dull the polish rather than whitening the composite.
Protect the edges
Do not bite nails, pens, ice or packaging. If you grind your teeth at night, a night guard is not optional — bruxism is the leading cause of early chipping.
Yearly polish
A hygienist polish once a year restores much of the original lustre. This single habit is the difference between bonding that looks good at year five and bonding that does not.

09
Your Treatment Journey, Day by Day
Composite bonding needs one visit and no laboratory stage, so a three to four day trip covers everything comfortably — with time left over for Antalya itself.

Before you travel — remote assessment
You send photographs and any recent X-rays on WhatsApp. We confirm whether bonding is clinically appropriate, how many teeth are realistically involved, and issue a fixed written quote. If bonding is not the right treatment, you are told at this stage — before spending anything.
Day 1 — Arrival, examination, shade selection
VIP pickup at Antalya Airport and transfer to your hotel. At the clinic: full examination, photographs, and confirmation of the plan against what was quoted. Shade is selected in natural light with you holding the mirror. Any hygiene cleaning needed is done now, since bonding will not adhere properly to a plaque-covered surface.
Day 2 — The bonding appointment (2–4 hours)
Teeth are isolated and lightly etched — no drilling, no anaesthetic needed in most cases. Composite is layered and sculpted tooth by tooth, then cured. Shape and symmetry are checked with you sitting upright between stages, because teeth look different lying flat. Final contouring and polishing complete the appointment.
Day 3 — Review, bite check and final polish
You have now lived with the result for a day. Bite is checked and adjusted, edges refined if you want them softer or squarer, and a final high-shine polish applied. Written aftercare instructions and your warranty documentation are issued.
Day 4 onwards — home, with support
Fly home the same day if you wish; there is no surgical recovery. Our team stays reachable on WhatsApp, and your warranty remains active. Send a photo any time something concerns you — most questions are answered in minutes.

Verify Any Clinic Before You Book
Send this list to every clinic you are considering — including us. The quality of the answers tells you more than any gallery of results.
- Can you send me your Ministry of Health international health tourism authorisation?
- Who is my treating dentist, and what is their qualification and experience in cosmetic dentistry?
- Exactly which composite brand and shade system will be used?
- How long is my bonding appointment scheduled for, and how many teeth are planned?
- Is the quote fixed in writing, and what specifically could change it after I arrive?
- What does the warranty cover, for how long, and how do I claim from the UK?
- Do I need hygiene treatment or decay treatment first — and is that included?
- Could my goal be achieved with less — whitening or orthodontics instead of bonding on more teeth?
Question 8 is the honesty test. A clinic that will happily bond twenty teeth when eight would achieve your goal is optimising for its invoice, not your smile. Ask it and listen carefully to the answer.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much is composite bonding in Turkey for 8 teeth?
Approximately £1,200–£1,800 in 2026 depending on the tier, including treatment, four nights’ hotel, airport and clinic transfers and an English-speaking coordinator. The same work costs £2,500–£4,500 privately in the UK, treatment only. Flights are extra at roughly £80–£200 return.
Why is composite bonding Turkey pricing so much lower than the UK?
Lower clinic overheads, exchange rates, health tourism incentives and volume purchasing. The composite brands are the same ones used in UK private practice — 3M Filtek Supreme, Tokuyama Estelite. The economics differ, not the materials.
How long does composite bonding last?
5–7 years on average, and 8–10 years with premium nano-hybrid composites and good care. Lifespan depends on material, technique, your bite and habits — not on the country. Coffee, tea, red wine and smoking accelerate staining; biting hard objects causes chipping.
Is composite bonding better than veneers?
They solve different problems. Bonding removes no enamel, is reversible, done in one visit and costs less, but lasts 5–7 years and stains more. Porcelain veneers last 10–15 years and resist staining, but require enamel removal and are irreversible. For chips, small gaps and edge reshaping on healthy teeth, bonding is the more conservative choice.
How many days do I need in Turkey?
Three to four days. Bonding is completed in a single appointment of two to four hours with no laboratory stage and no healing period. Day one is examination and shade selection, day two the bonding appointment, day three review and final polish.
Are flights included?
Usually not. UK to Antalya return flights cost roughly £80–£200 depending on season. Hotel and transfers are included. Always confirm in writing exactly what is and is not covered before paying a deposit.
What if my bonding chips after I get home?
Composite is repairable chairside — a chip is usually rebuilt in minutes without replacing the whole restoration. Reputable clinics provide a written warranty; ask for the terms, including what it covers and how to claim from the UK, before paying any deposit.
Should I whiten my teeth before or after bonding?
Before, always. Composite does not respond to whitening agents. The bonding shade is matched to your natural teeth on the day, so whitening afterwards lightens your natural teeth while the bonding stays the same — creating a mismatch that can only be corrected by replacing the bonding.
Can I pay in instalments?
Most established clinics take a 20–30% deposit to secure the booking with the balance due on arrival. Ask about the specific arrangements that apply to your plan when you receive your written quote.
Is composite bonding in Turkey safe?
Yes, at a Ministry of Health licensed clinic holding international health tourism authorisation, with a registered dentist. Bonding is also among the lowest-risk cosmetic procedures because it is additive — no healthy enamel is removed and the treatment can be reversed. Verify the clinic licence, the dentist’s registration and the composite brand before booking. Further reading: Is dental treatment in Turkey safe?
